Confirmed Manufacturing Capability
- GCr15 or GCr15SiMn Chinese-standard bearing steel.
- Thickened and enlarged cage options for heavy-load applications.
- P6 precision production capability according to the confirmed specification.
- Cylindrical or tapered bore, W33 lubrication groove and C3/C4 clearance options subject to model review.
Order-Based Quality Confirmation
Quality requirements are confirmed from the complete bearing model, suffix, drawing and operating condition. The inspection plan can cover material documentation, critical dimensions, raceway and ring geometry, hardness or heat-treatment records, internal clearance, rotation, marking and final packing. The formal quotation and approved drawing define the final acceptance standard.
OEM Process
- Customer submits model, drawing, quantity and operating condition.
- QLGO confirms structure, material, cage, precision, clearance and lubrication details.
- Drawing or technical specification is approved before production.
- Non-standard production is normally scheduled for approximately 30 days after approval.
- Inspection records and packing requirements are confirmed before shipment.
Important: P6, material, cage and clearance requirements should be written into the purchase specification. Final performance depends on correct selection, installation, lubrication and the actual machine condition.
